An extraordinary, boundary-breaking performance! I congratulate Nevşah for her courage, effort, and determination on stage.
SHARP, BOLD and REAL

WOMEN ARE CROWNED, MEN HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO AGREE
Nevşah Fidan Karamehmet continues to enchant Istanbul audiences with her one-woman comedy show Efsane. In this comic performance Nevşah explores the complexities of relationships between men and women, bringing her singular perspective and her witty humour to the stage.
Drawing on her own life, Nevşah masterfully turns the extraordinary events of her fifty-year journey into laugh-out-loud moments anyone can relate to. With sharp observations and a charismatic presence, she invites the audience to reflect on life, on love, and on the unexpected turns that come with them.
Efsane promises an evening full of laughter, connection and unforgettable stories that will inspire and entertain you. Do not miss this legendary show!
You Are Invited into One Woman’s 50 Years of “Flawless” Chaos!
Ladies, fasten your seatbelts, because this is not merely a comedy show; it is that “Wild and Legendary Woman” inside every one of us, finally given a voice on stage!
What were we taught all our lives? Be agreeable, make do, keep that balance, manage the relationships… But what if the people who wrote all those rules had no idea what they were talking about?
Nevşah steps onto the stage to open up her breathtaking fifty-year journey through life, the masks that fell away and the “black box” of relationships between men and women. Only this time, all she is carrying is the truth and a killer sense of humour!
Men, Women and That Magnificent Mess in Between!
With her one-woman spectacle “EFSANE,” Nevşah takes you for a walk through the corridors of relationships: corridors that look rose-tinted but turn sometimes into a battlefield and sometimes into a farce. From the “unfathomable” world of men to the intelligence of women that “solves everything” yet occasionally forgets its owner, she puts it all on the table.
Nevşah’s sharp observations will become the voice of your most private thoughts. That question you whisper to yourself, “Am I the only one who feels this way?” — you will get its answer while roaring with laughter alongside the whole hall.
A Fifty-Year Story, the Truth of Thousands of Women
In this story, composed from the inspiration of her own life, Nevşah handles extraordinary events with such mastery that although what you see on stage is her life, what you feel in your heart will be your own story.
From the most passionate moments of love to the most absurd details of separations, from disappointments to those great awakenings where we finally say “Enough, it’s my turn now!” — all of it is on this stage.
This show will be a night for
those who have stopped being crushed under expectations,
those who carry their own flaws like jewels,
and those who know that the finest weapon against life’s unexpected turns is “laughter.”
Far More Than a Comedy: A Night of Connection and Inspiration
EFSANE does not promise you only laughter that leaves your stomach aching; it promises that when you walk out of that hall that evening, you will feel stronger, lighter and far more “Legendary.” Nevşah’s charismatic presence and that unshakeable confidence of hers on stage will give every one of you the inspiration to build your own empire.
Why should you come? Because what is told in this show belongs not only to Nevşah, but to every woman whose story was written in the ink of love, tears and victory. We are there to embrace the absurdity of life together, to crack the “codes” of men together and, most of all, to laugh at ourselves to our heart’s content.
There is nothing more dangerous, and nothing more entertaining, than a woman who stops keeping her secrets.
Nevşah invites you into the funniest, deepest and most unforgettable turns of life and love. Tonight will be the beginning of that great burst of laughter you let out just before you look at yourself in the mirror and say, “Yes, I am a legend.”
Are you ready for EFSANE? Or will you keep playing life by those tedious rules that other people wrote?
Come, let us turn this great awakening into a revolution of laughter!

Nevşah created this show, because:
Witness to Thousands of Lives: In the tears, the struggle and the awakening of the thousands of women she has welcomed at her institute, connected with a mother’s tenderness at Efsane Kadınlar, and called into her own space and her own heart, she kept finding the same knot: taking yourself so seriously that you miss the game of life.
Kadın 2.0 – Efsane Kadınlar – Goddess Club: These are a devotion to razing the socially narrowed limits of woman with a revolution of feminine transformation. With her masterful pen and her visionary mind work grounded in scientific depth, she has given years, with a mentor’s patience, to awakening the unshakeable power at the core of woman. Using her deep spirituality and wisdom to build women strong enough to make the earth tremble beneath their steps, Nevşah all but dances with the moral moulds society imposes and with suppressed emotion, returning to woman her own nature, the reality of her feminine energy and the immense power at her core.
A Global Experience: The “codes of human behaviour” she gathered on stages, at podiums and in training rooms across the world — this time she wanted to pass them on not in a didactic voice, but through humour, the shortest road to the heart.
The Fastest Route to Transformation: As a leader she knows that the moment a woman begins to laugh at her own tragedy, that tragedy loses its power over her. Nevşah takes the stage not to heal you, but to wake with laughter the “Legendary” power you already hold.
Time to Burn the Masks: To shout out to women crushed for years beneath the roles of the “ideal woman,” the “successful businesswoman” or the “perfect mother” the clearest result to come out of her own fifty-year laboratory of a life: “Be yourself; everything else is comedy anyway!”
With the unshakeable confidence and deep wisdom that has transformed thousands of women, Nevşah now invites you to make peace with the absurdity of life and to build your own empire with laughter.
Thanks to the EFSANE Show…
This stage is not merely a seat in the audience, it is a podium of awakening. Here are the 8 striking truths that will touch your soul tonight:
Freedom from the Shackle of Flawlessness: You will see how the struggle to be perfect has been rusting your soul, and you will learn to carry your flaws like jewels.
Descent into the Black Box of Relationships: While decoding the “unfathomable” codes of men with laughter, you will discover how that magnificent mess is actually handled.
The Rebirth of the Wild Woman: Out of the woman society told to “behave,” you will draw out that legendary power which takes life’s reins into her own hands.
The Healing Surgery of Humour: You will see how even your deepest disappointments can be mended with killer humour, and the secret of making laughter out of pain.
The Lightness of Masks: You will leave those heavy masks you wear for others on the stage and taste the unbearable lightness of dancing with your own bare truth.
The “Enough, It’s My Turn” Revolution: You will stop playing an extra in other people’s scripts and fill with the inspiration to be the sole sovereign of the empire that is your life.
The Echo of “You Are Not Alone”: Every question you have whispered — “Am I the only one who feels this way?” — will find its answer in the shared laughter of thousands of women.
The Art of Making Peace with the Absurd: You will turn life’s most dramatic moments into a farce and understand that the greatest victory over fate is “laughing to your heart’s content.”
WHAT DID THEY SAY?
An extraordinary, boundary-breaking performance! I congratulate Nevşah for her courage, effort, and determination on stage.
This play was like a scream rising to the stage with bold steps… A woman confronting herself, searching for herself in the folds of her heart — when this met the subtle language of humor, it made us laugh and struck deep at the same time. The endless dance between woman and man was told, at times with reproach, at times with laughter… It was a narrative that fed the soul, opened the mind, and left a mark as it went.
Watching “Legendary Nevşah” was truly inspiring! Nevşah Fidan Karamehmet’s energy, wit, and sincerity on stage draw the audience in. Her boldness in touching on so many topics — from relationships between women and men to love, from breakups to sexuality — and creating awareness with every word she said was genuinely impressive. This one-person performance, which makes you laugh, makes you think, and at times moves you emotionally, was almost like a manifesto on stage, especially with its “strong woman” theme. “Legendary Nevşah” is not just stand-up — it’s a multifaceted stage experience that instills confidence in women and pushes boundaries. A must-watch!
It was a striking, impressive, and courageous play. Watching women’s process of self-discovery combined with humor was truly enjoyable.
Mavi Gezgin: Kara Mehmet’s play “Nevşah” makes the audience watch not so much a character on stage, but a state of consciousness. Every line, every pose, every silence practically brings about a person’s confrontation with themselves. With its spiritual depth, its narrative full of metaphors, and its impressive performances, “Nevşah” is not just a theater play — it’s a call to awareness. With this work, Kara Mehmet leaves a mark not only on stage, but in hearts as well. Being part of such a powerful, shaking, and transformative play was an unforgettable experience.
I watched a life lesson on stage, and got reacquainted with myself. Especially for women between 40 and 50 — I really said “that’s exactly it” there.
Nevşah presents a one-person performance that conveys, at a high level of awareness, the transformation processes of a life’s journey — a soul’s passions and traumas. Her energy, command of the stage, the sincere bond she builds with the audience, and the well-crafted directorial management bring this beautiful performance to life… With its well-chosen music as well, “Nevşah’s Legend” gives the audience enjoyable, insatiable moments.
It was a powerful performance that told the story of women trapped between roles imposed by society, touching both hearts and minds. I started laughing, and left with awareness.
I think she analyzed it brilliantly, I laughed quite a lot too — everyone must have seen themselves somewhere in the play for sure. After a certain number of performances, as word spreads, men might stop coming to this play — it’s a situation that kind of buries men while defending women completely. While watching, I saw a few men leave. That’s their problem, unfortunately, but it’s the harsh truth. I also thought about this, and heard these comments too — like, how is Mehmet Bey so comfortable with this, I mean he said “okay” to being portrayed like this — if I didn’t know better I’d have thought he was single. Then I was shocked because the man she was describing was clearly someone bound to traditions — I had some confusion in my mind there. I also saw some men in the audience who got uncomfortable when parents, husband, and penis were being talked about. For women, I don’t think there was any issue. The show segments and so on were very sweet, and the topics too, but the delivery felt the same throughout the whole play — meaning there weren’t many ups and downs, it moved forward in a flat way, and some people got bored. But that might be because it’s early on, and it’ll probably be quite different later on — since even in this first run, it made people laugh a lot.
